In Paloma Properties, we specialize in holiday rentals in Benalmádena, on the Costa del Sol, the southern coastal area of the province of Málaga, in the region of Andalusia, Spain.
Our goal is to offer our clients the best holiday properties. The vast majority of our apartments are on the beachfront or just a short walk from it, with spectacular sea views, access to swimming pools, sunny terraces, and proximity to amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, and tourist attractions.

· What services are included in Paloma Properties' vacation management?
Our service covers everything from advising you on obtaining the tourist license for your property from the Andalusian Regional Government, to adapting your property to meet the requirements of the Andalusian Regional Government, including advice on renovations and maintenance (plumbing, electricity, gardening, etc.).
We also manage reservations, check-in/check-out, cleaning, price optimization, continuous guest support, and guest registration with SES Hospedaje, as well as providing reports and quality control to ensure the best possible guest experience.

· When and how will I receive payments for the reservations??
Reservation payments are settled monthly, between the 15th and 20th of the following month, once the corresponding period has ended, via bank transfer.

· Can I use my property while it is being rented out as a tourist rental?
Owners may use their property for short periods of one week or less, provided these periods do not interfere with peak season weeks, so as not to affect the property's annual income. The calendar should be open for bookings year-round, so it is advisable not to extend these stays beyond two weeks per year.

· How much does Paloma Properties charge for managing my property?
Paloma Properties charges a percentage commission on each booking, after deducting platform fees (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and the cleaning fee, which is included in the booking amount.
