Pleasant and comfortable 1-bedroom apartment located on the beachfront with views of the gardens and a sunny terrace, in the Benal Beach complex next to La Paloma Park, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and Bil Bil Castle. It has a double bed, a double sofa bed, a single bed, a large built-in wardrobe, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart TV, Wi-Fi (connection within the apartment), and air conditioning (hot and cold).

BEDROOM

It features a double bed (135 cm), a large built-in wardrobe, and bedside tables with lamps.

LIVING ROOM

In the living room, you'll find a double sofa bed (140x200cm) and a single bed (105x190cm), a Smart TV, air conditioning (heating and cooling), a dining table with chairs, and a large glass door leading to the terrace. The entire apartment has Wi-Fi (private connection).

BATHROOM

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and drawers. A bath mat, towels, and a hairdryer are also provided. Guests will also have access to a washing machine and an iron.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, and everything you need for cooking. 

TERRACE

On the terrace, you will find a table with chairs to enjoy the beautiful views of the gardens.

DISTANCE TO THE BEACH

The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach, 20 minutes from Puerto Marina, and  Arroyo de la Miel city center.

USEFUL INFORMATION

A security deposit of €300 will be required before check-in at this property. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, subject to no damage.

PARKING 

Free communal parking is available within the complex, but spaces are limited. Reservations are not necessary. If no spaces are available within the complex, guests can park for free in the surrounding area and near La Paloma Park. There is also free public parking, a 5-minute walk from Benal Beach, right next to the Benalmádena Auditorium.

POOL

• 5 POOLS connected by GIANT and exciting SLIDES that form a WATER PARK. NOTE: One of the outdoor pools is open in winter (November to March). The rest of the pool will open as soon as we get closer to summer. PLEASE CHECK THE DATES. Claims for pool hours and possible restrictions on their access and operation will not be accepted; the pool norms must be respected at all times. Parasols are free, and sun loungers are available for an additional fee.

Getting around Benalmádena is easy and convenient, whether you prefer walking, public transport, or renting a vehicle. The town is very pedestrian-friendly, especially along the beachfront promenade and around key attractions like Puerto Marina and Parque de la Paloma. The local bus service (Avanza) connects major areas, including Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmádena Pueblo, and nearby towns like Fuengirola and Torremolinos. Taxis and ride-hailing services are readily available, while the Benalmádena-Arroyo de la Miel train station offers a quick and affordable way to reach Málaga or the airport. If you plan to explore beyond the town, renting a car or using guided tours can be a great option for visiting places like Mijas, Marbella, or Ronda.

The Benal Beach complex is close to Benalmádena's most famous avenues, surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, and leisure activities.

The complex has a 24-hour reception. Nearby, you'll find supermarkets like Mercadona, the Bil Bil Castle Tourist Office, and several restaurants along Avenida Las Palmeras. If you'd like to sample the freshest seafood, you can stroll along the seafront promenade, where you'll find a variety of restaurants. For the more adventurous, the town center of Arroyo de la Miel is nearby, where you can catch the commuter train to different areas of Benalmádena and the surrounding region (Málaga, Torremolinos, Fuengirola). You can also take bus 110 to Málaga.
